"Avenue Brunch House is a local spot that I've always wanted to try. It's always busy, and I didn't want to wait. Today, it was an hour wait, but I waited. I only tried the chicken and waffle. It was good. I would like to return to try some other items. There's free parking in the back. The atmosphere was family friendly. The service was exceptional."

"We went here a few weeks ago for the 1st time because it was talked about quite often. This place exceeded our expectations. I ordered the Apple Cinnamon Sugar French toast and didn't realize it came with Ice Cream. It was amazing and made well. I ordered a side of eggs and beef bacon, which were also cooked perfectly. I didn't expect beef bacon to taste almost as good as pork bacon, but it was great. The real star was trying my wifes fried chicken and waffle. That was the best fried chicken and waffle to date. Mine was great, but this place will be in regular rotation because I need that chicken and waffle. Amazing food, honestly. Place was a tad small but really good with great servers."
"Alhamdulillah the food here was amazing, as is the owner Nessa (I believe). The service was quick, polite and she was walking around the dining room to ensure everyone was taken care of us. This was especially important because they were packed and there was a line out the door, for good reason. The food here was likely some of the best brunch food I have had all over the US. We had to talk to her after and thank her for everything, that’s how unbelievably good it was. Go early, and go hungry, you won’t be disappointed. I went with friends but have been telling my wife that I can’t wait to visit again."
