Luck Star Buffet

"BEWARE FROM THIS PLACE! DO NOT EAT HERE! We went it as 6 adults only one of us ate the sea food the shrimp and it tasted so horrible which caused my family member to have food poison,it was so bad we almost took him to hospital because he couldn't stop throwing up! This place need to shut down!They are very greedy, 15$ for garbage food and almost half the food is gone,I hated everything that was served it.The restrooms were a big warning that this place is filthy and dangerous for the public to eat! The waiters were so rude. I will never be back here! I wish I read the reviews before coming !!! May your business shut down immediately!"

"This place costs $15.99 to eat here on weekends. The veggies were almost raw, nothing had any seasoning on it. All the utensils were plastic and the drink is a can that are $1 each. I noticed the surrounding when walking in and thought the food would make up for it lol, we won’t be coming back. I understand saving profits on eatery by using pplastic but literally NONE of the food was flavored besides the imitation crab bake. Edit- today is Thursday .. a few days after we ate here and 4/5 of the family who ate here have food poisoning or a some kind of stomach virus. All 4 of us that are sick tried the seafood boil that was cold and tasted weird. Only thing we all shared in common"

"Half of the buffet isn't open, limited selection compared to what they could have, took a long time for new items to come out, they charge by the bottle/ can for water and pop, no fee refills, if you want more you have to pay for it. They also started cleaning the bathrooms an hour before closing, and watched my boyfriend pace around waiting to use the bathroom. There were a few things in the buffet that were good but not worth going here, to be honest."

"The outside of the building looks nice, but that’s not the case for the interior. The walls especially really need to be touched up or redone. In one area, the dry wall metal was sticking out of the wall. Someone could probably get hurt or scratch themselves on it, since it’s right by a booth. Some of the food was good, but some of the other food was too dry or tasted off. Although I don’t eat Chinese food often, so maybe I’m not use to the taste? However, even the small section with American food was bland. Mac and cheese was mediocre and the sauce for the pizza was too sweet. I couldn’t even bring myself to finish the pizza. Dessert section was decent, at least, I have no complaints there. They do use styrofoam plates and plastic forks and knives, I personally didn’t mind, but many other people may have an issue with that. They also sell soda/pop by the can. The waitress we had was fairly understanding about the complaints from my group and was kind towards us, I’ll give it that. I just wish I remembered her name. Overall though, I highly recommend *not* trying this place. Spend your money elsewhere. If it weren’t for some of the food being decent, and the nice waitress, I’d rate this place one star."

"I read every single review so I was prepared for the worst. Honestly it really wasn't that bad. Yes you get styrofoam plates, plastic cutlery and canned pop or bottled water. They had a pretty decent selection of food. They have sushi but it was pretty basic and a hibachi station. We went right when they opened to avoid empty spots or cold food as I read in the reviews. My favorite thing at the dragon buffet was the crab and cheese casserole. It was very comparable. One main thing missing were the stuffed mushrooms. Maybe they serve them at dinner or on different days. The jalapeno pork did not taste right at all I only got one piece and I spit that right out in a napkin. The green beans weren't cooked enough. My fiance liked the pepper steak, the crab rangoons were good. The condiments on the table did need to be wiped. That was mentioned in the reviews, we just used a napkin to grab them. The table was clean looking yet it was sticky. I don't think they are using bleach. My hand sanitizer wipe was nasty from wiping a spot of the table. They did have fried chicken, cheese pizza, Mac and cheese and a few other options for picky kids. The staff seemed nice and helpful. Overall it wasn't bad and we would go back. It was cheap, lunch and pop for 2 was $25 before tip. I am curious how the dinner selection is. It's decent enough to try it yourself, don't let the reviews scare you away."
