"Trash all over the floor, emergency exits blocked with empty boxes and music so loud they couldn't hear my order. By the way, pull your pants up I don't want to see your undies in a restaurant. Place is nasty!!!!!!!!"
"I just wanted an Italian sub with banana peppers. It was my fault for not understanding this location did not have banana peppers, but sweet jalapeños? I know now not to ask for banana peppers again. Wish they would have just told me they don’t have them on the line other than giving me something comparable."
"Not impressed with the workers or the unwich!! Cashier didn't smile & acted like she didn't want to be there. There where 3 people behind the sandwich counter, pop machine was down & the drain part was over flowing. Some guy that looked like maybe a manager was throwing directions to them as they all stood there & he left. My unwich was the worst one I have ever had & I go to JJs once a week. It was obvious the person that made it doesn't know how to make one. Plus I asked for just cheese got everything on it. Get some unwich wrap pointers from the JJs on M59/Scott Lake Rd, theirs are AMAZING!!"
"I ordered two sandwiches and was told after paying that "it was going to be a wait" and was handed a cup for a water to then immediately be told that their fountain drink machine was down. I should've been tipped off by the congregation of over 10 people waiting on their food and no one being served in the ten minutes I waited. Catering / online orders kept popping up and for the first time in my life I left an already paid for meal. I can't imagine the "freaky fast" wait would've been any less than a half hour at best, whereas most Jimmy John's wait times are 1-10 minutes, max."
