"All of the staff was playing. Asked me to pull up for a 3 chicken tender order and waited over 15 minutes as several other customers behind me ordered and left. Then went inside and an employee had my bag in her hand and asked me if I was there for that order. The restaurant was empty and it was just after dinner time so no reason for wait."
"Quite possibly the most ghetto KFC I've ever been to, and I've been to some bad ones. Perhaps surprisingly, it's not even the area I'm referring to, it's the employees. Upon entering this establishment and approaching the order kiosk, no one greeted me. They saw me approach, but they went about their business. Ok. I waited, and waited, and waited. Still, no one acknowledged me. As I eventually became uncomfortable, someone finally approached me. She didn't greet me, didn't smile, nothing. She did a 'come on' gesture with her hand, which I took as an annoyed 'let's get this over with'. I placed my order, paid, and waited patiently for my food which was just placed on the counter without a word. Wow. There is absolutely zero sense of customer service at this establishment. I did not feel welcome in the least bit and rest assured I will NEVER return here and I'll just go a little further down the road to somewhere else... ANYWHERE else but here! The name on the receipt of the very rude person who took my order was Tylisa (?) Young"
"This location has taken some Google review dings but my experience was great. 2 piece crispy chicken was delicious. Biscuit was perfect. Mashed potatoes were standard kfc mashed potatoes. Never great but they were what they are supposed to be. Drive through was fast and friendly and I was able to use my Apple Pay which is awesome."
