"I just had the worst fast food interaction of my life. We drive up to drive thru to use our wendys frosty token. I say "hi I would like a junior frosty" The guy on the intercom goes "a large junior frosty? " I'm confused. Isn't the junior the size? It's called a frosty. Junior and large are the sizes they come in. I repeat myself. But he keeps getting frustrated and confused.. Eventually I agree. Maybe he just can't hear me. I go to the window he has a large frosty in hand. I hand him my token. "Hey I don't know If you could hear me. I need a junior frosty." I show him the token. THIS MAN ROLLS HIS EYES SLAMS THE DOOR AND ANGERILY DUMPS THE LARGE INTO MY tiny Junoir CUP. OPENS Window IT WITHOUT SAYING A WORD AND SLAMS IT AGAIN. I'm just like stunned like what just happend. I don't know what I did to offend someone. I wont be back. I'm too embarassed."

"What a joke, 6:30 on a Tuesday and Dining Room closed. Of course website says they’re Open and ready for business. These fricking people want $15 an hour. What a joke, maybe stay open past 7:00 first. I bet they still blame the pandemic for it. Where are the District Managers or Area Managers? These people must know about this and nobody is held responsible. Just look at all the 1 star reviews!! What a waste of space these DB’s are"
"Purchase in Chili when I got home, it was water down beans only after eating some of it. I called the restaurant to complain. I’m not for sure if she was the manager she asked me to bring the chili back. I took it back not for sure if he was the manager or the cashier but he was the one that sold me the chili. He said we don’t sell water down chili you didn’t get it from here I said, sir are you sure because you serve me he denied the fact that he served me water down chili and basically told me to leave the store. Not good. Customer service at all. I did not want them replace it. I just wanted them to know that they were serving water down chili. Wendy’s off of Opdyke a University Auburn Hills Michigan."
"Took forever to be able to order. The lady couldn't understand our order. Took forever to get our food. I ordered a double stack, got a bacon jr cheeseburger. Never again will I ever go back there"
