"So me and a coworker come here daily every now and then the service is slow. On the few occasions that we have to be at work early in the morning our orders get messed up royally two double quarter pounders and a ten piece mc nugget nothing is consistent here"

"I work overnights at American axle and manufacturing. Almost every night I go through between midnight and 5am to get either a “#1 Lg with a coffee no cream or sugar” or a “#3 Lg with a coffee, sub Mac sauce.” And without missing a beat they always make my food exactly how I would like it. Always respectful, always quick paced, even on the days where the service is a little slow, but being overnight I am astonished by how amazing this McDonald’s is every single night. Thank you all! You are a wonderful crew! Rock on!"

"The orders I placed one of them had shells in the egg McMuffin, coffee was filled with clumps from the creamer that was put into it and the Carmel Frappe tasted like sour milk. I tried calling several times and no one answered. Had to go on line to be able to hopefully make them aware of these problems prior to the same thing happening to other customers but also to be able to try to see about replacing the items since I'm unable to drive back to them right at the moment."

"We did an on line order and counter pickup. We stood at the counter for a good 15 minutes before a manager finally came. She got us our bag of food and I grabbed it from the bottom. There was some kind of sauce on the bottom of the bag. The manager noticed and took the bag and put all our food in new bags. When we got home we were missing 2 big macs. We called and she said we could come back tonight or whenever was convenient. We went back that night. She was very nice and apologetic."
