"I ordered 2 McDoubles at 10:30pm tonight. When I got home I found both came with only one patty of meat on each. I called manager and she could care less. She told me I would have to bring them back to prove it. Thanks anyway Senorita. Adios"
"Went thru the drive thru and order was messed up didn’t realize it until I was halfway back to work. Called the store the manager was very rude. And I was told if I brought the receipt back later they would fix it. I told them I wasn’t given one and got the response without it they can’t do anything and was told I should have asked for a receipt. What a joke of a manager."
"My visit to McDonald's left me feeling utterly defeated. My order was completely messed up, plunging me into a pit of despair. I had been counting on that meal to lift my spirits, but instead, it dashed all hope. It's like they couldn't care less about getting it right. I'm just left wondering if anything will ever go right in my life."
"It's pretty bad when nobody spoke English and they got my order wrong. And then they attempted to fight with me about it - in english. The fries were cold and very nasty. I wanted a large drink, they gave me a small drink - and charged me for a large drink - even on the cup it said small. I wanted a coke, but they gave me some other fruity drink. I came back about 5 minutes later to complain - and they told me to go away it was my fault for saying the order wrong. And they were mad at me because I didn't use the self-checkout digital check out. Never ever going to this McDonald's. They need to get their s*** together and hire an English-speaking staff at the least!"
"I go here regularly on lunch and they always manage to miss part of my order the workers here are incompetent. Wrong drinks ordered. Missing items. Never include sauce. Manager and workers are foreign and they don’t ever make the situation right. This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations. Ever."
