Hungry Howie's Pizza

"Do not trust the Palmer/Newburgh HH. I don’t frequent this particular location but I was in the area so I ordered a small for dinner. Long story short it was wrong and I didn’t catch it until I got home. Ok no big deal, I should have checked it. I called and talked to Mike, he put a free small on my account for next time. Even went as far as saying if I had any issues to just mention his name. Where my one star comes from is how the situation was handled when trying to get my correct small. I burned my lunch going out of my way to this location to try and get the pizza I originally paid for. First I call to order, the worker there (on 11/29/23 @1:15pm) wouldn't take my order over the phone and requested I call the call center instead. I only get 30 min for lunch and the call center takes way too long to try and get an order in. Specially with a credited pizza. I just went in the store instead. No record of my credit, no record of my order, did someone just pocket my cash? I even dropped Mike’s name like I was told, they knew of Mike and I was still sent away hungry. I love your pizza HH, 10/10, and sometimes people mistake pineapple for mushrooms, it happens, but right your wrongs, don’t make me chase my $8.99"

"I ordered a medium pizza with an order of cinnamon bread. The pizza had a topping that I am severely allergic to. I was hospitalized and treated after being discharged I called and expressed concern. Considering the fact that I could’ve sued , all I did was ask them to remake the pizza on a later date, the general manager, then agreed. Call today to try to use my credit and they claim it’s been utilize which is not the truth. Not to mention some people would have took matters way further, for example a lawsuit also, they didn’t even offer to remake the entire order due to not only inconvenience but the unsafe handling of food."

"These guys are so great. I order weekly form them. I messed up my order and accidentally sent it to another location. They remade my order so fast even though it was my fault. And it was yummy. Thank you. Also, they have never messed up me order. That means a lot!"

Jan 31, 2021, 4:01 PM You sent January 31 at 4:01 PM Just all around disappointed in today's service. The pizza was the so greasy top and bottom of the pizza. Asked for ranch with the salad got Italian. Ask for the pizza to be left on porch even left a table out. Driver knocked on the door to deliver."
