"They had a large catering order that kind of places a back up on orders that were walk ins or call ins. The wait time for food was longer than normal, but they managed to keep all customers positive and calm during the wait. Eventually the orders started flowing out. The orders were correct and everyone was pleased. My food was still on point as expected so I was definitely pleased."

"We were seated promptly, service was very polite, food and drinks came to our table without too long a wait. We ordered two Olga's that were very good. One of them we asked late to remove the onion and tomatoes but they were still able to accommodate us. We needed help figuring out the phone app and management came out to kindly assist even though they were busy. All around good experience, we will return."

"this place always seems understaffed and unhappy whenever I come. a restaurant needs to either learn to perform understaffed if they don’t wanna schedule enough employees to avoid high wait times and mediocre service, or they need to staff more people. being 45+ late on small pickup orders should never ever be occurring. not a single item at olga’s is worth a 45 min wait either, especially when you’re quoted 15 mins! one server for the whole floor should never be the case either! puts too much stress on staff and customers. poor poor management too. do better!!"

"The service at olgas is always very weird. The server was very nice but it takes way too long to get seated, our order taken, and even just asking for an extra side of sauce. We went at a weird time, so the dining area was practically empty. Pretty much the same experience every time we go. Snackers are a must-have as usual, and three cheese is recommended in nearly every Olga wrap."
