"Are experiance here from beginning to end has been a horrible one!! First, I was told my daughters costume was going to be extremely late arriving and she wouldnt have it in time for pictures, and possibly not even for her recital!! They suggested that I go and buy something that resemabled the costume. I'm sorry after spending a pretty penny for the costmume, I should not be told to buy something else. Luckily it arrived 2 days before recital, but not complete! It was missing accessories, so they tried to cover it it by giving her a cheap hair clip!! Not impressed. Now today I wad told pictures would be ready for pick up, once I get there, they inform me they messed up her pictures and put the wrong year on them and they had to be sent out to be fixed!! All they could offer me is, We are sorry again for the mess up. I'm sorry, but you would think the amount of money a person spends at this so called great Dance Academy they would have it together. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had problems with this place the first time my daughter went and I thought I would give it another try, but that was a mistake. Stay far away from here!!"
