"Absolutely horrible experience. Waited over 40 minutes, after the order was called in 20 minutes prior to that, I do understand they were busy. The lady in the front is so unprofessional and rude. I asked how much longer the order would take after waiting 15 minutes. She then looked at me, rolled her eyes and told me she doesn’t have a time frame. Never bothered to go ask the cooks. Very rude lady, would never give business here. Ever again."

"My first experience with Savvy Sliders has been terrible. I decided to cater from them for an event and spent over $500. I scheduled this order days prior. The day of the pickup, I called to make sure they will have my order ready ON TIME. They confirmed that it will be ready for pick up. Once I got there 10 minutes early and they said, "give us 5-10minutes and it will be ready." I waited since I got there early. 15 minutes later, I ask to see how much longer, and the lady went to the back to ask and said "5-10 more minutes." I waited another 20 minutes before I had to go back up and ask again. They tried to give me a 20% discount on my NEXT order. I was furious as I just spent $500, called to be sure it will be ready on time, and was now late. The manager couldn't even come speak to me when I requested to. After taking the food out to serve it, everything was cold. I will not be going there again."

"This place is located inside the Happy's pizza. It makes the wait time very long for some fastfood burgers. We cancelled the order and left. Even more confusing is the fact that the door is marked for savvy sliders and is separate from the happy pizza door. Until you walk through and almost run into a Happy's pizza sign. The staff was very friendly. Also no place to sit and eat but a few tables all taken by people waiting for pick up orders. The front lobby is dirty so I almost didn't even order but the back looked very clean."

"There are too many issues to discuss, but I’ll just highlight a few of them. First, this place is a disaster. The floors in the back look disgusting and haven’t been cleaned in forever. Second, I waited well over an hour for four sliders, fries, and onion rings. Third, when I asked the cashier what's taking so long, she approached the manager, who then yelled at her and said that asking isn’t going to make the tickets go any faster. My contention is with this store's operations. Lastly, I received a refund for my meal, and the cashier did what she could. More importantly, I don’t appreciate the manager yelling at an employee to ensure customer satisfaction.This place needs some serious help. There was one employee who looked completely disheveled, adding to the concerns of cleanliness. I won’t be returning to this place. Also, the sliders are meh at best. P.S I don’t want anything for free, but a correction to the disservice to the customers and employees."

"First time stopping in to try Savvy Sliders a couple days ago. The combo boxes were delicious and I had tried a mix of a classic slider and fish slider. Really great food however this particular location seemed a little understaffed. It took almost 25 minutes to get food which was surprising. Other than that the actual experience was pleasant."
