"Everything was good except 1 pizza I ordered was pepperoni and bacon. They must have forgotten the bacon and warmed some up and just threw it on my pizza. When I got home and checked my pizzas it was black burnt clumps of bacon scattered all over. When I picked up a slice all the burnt bacon fell off the pizza. All they had to do is reheat more bacon. They didn't care enough."

"As others have said the food takes forever. Short staffed, but this has been well over a year so something is not going well here. Ordered a pizza and it said it would take 20 minutes and it took an hour. Was told they only have one drive. Drive forgot the soda. Waited 10 minutes on hold to get it refunded. The manager informed me "the owner is in the process of finding more staff." I told him this has been happening for a very long time and he said nothing. They did refund me for the soda."

"I ordered online and it said it would be 20-30 minutes. After 50 minutes the online tracker still said the pizza hasn’t been made so I called. After being on hold several times and being called the wrong name, I was told my pizza hadn’t been made and I could wait or go in to pick it up. When I asked whether I could just cancel and the charge would be reversed the employee was a little short with me (“that’s the plan”). I would not recommend ordering from here, it just seems like a management and system mess. I recommend Gino’s, Harmony, Quarantines or Franca’s which are all better run and in the same area."

"They were extremely understaffed. The people that showed up were working hard but I still had to sit there for 1 hour and 15 minutes past the time the website said to pick up my order. They also shorted me a pizza and wouldn't answer the phone when I called back about it. Hard to be mad at the employees when they're working short, easy to be mad at the management that can't staff the store properly."

"Had to order 20 pizzas for a wedding. Don, asnt. Mgr. was VERY helpful and professional. We are getting way better pizza and delivery from this location than their competition at LC."
