"I stopped by the Black Napkin last week with my lovely lady friend. We both ended up getting punched in the face... with FLAVOR!!!! They offer several varieties of seasoned fries with bold and interesting flavors. There are several burgers and chicken sandwiches listed as well. They had run out of chicken when we were there but no one seemed to mind. I think it is the kind of place where people are happy to eat whatever is offered. My lovely lady ordered a home made fizzy beverage with a fancy name I can't remember. Soda isn't really my thing but it was better than any name brand I've ever had. Eat there and thank me later. Take out only. Eat it in the car. Embrace it. No one is watching."

"I seriously love this place. I will even go as far as to say this is the best burger place in GR. The staff is wonderful, the specials always look amazing and the few times I’ve gotten the special burger or chicken sando, it has been great. You can’t go wrong with the Big Malcom and salted fries. I will say the food is best when consumed right away. Ah! I almost forgot! The sodas are phenomenal. Highly recommend all of them."

"Ordered the Big Malcolm and the Hot, Sweet, + Sticky with Kimchi + White Cheddar fries with a Pistachio Orange Blossom soda. Tasty and not too expensive. The fries had great flavor and the sandwiches tasted fresh, homemade, and not too greasy. Food came out fast as well. Limited seated but came when it was less busy."

"Good food, would like to try more. Seasoning was a little over powering on fries. Space is small so not the best for dining in. Take out is definitely best option. Street parking so it may be a challenge to find parking near by depending when you go."

"I've heard many people tout Black Napkin as the best burger in town, and now that I've had it I can confidently say it's true. You will pay a price for the privilege, but it is well worth it. We had both the Big Malcolm burger and the Buttermilk Chicken. Both excellent and very large. The salted fries were pretty good too, and also a large portion. The interior is very small with only a few small high tops seating maybe ~10. It's possible to get a seat if you're fortunate, otherwise make sure you're ready for takeout. Service was friendly, food came out fast."
