"We came at 9:10pm tonight and ordered 2 cheese pizzas and breadsticks, quoted a 10 minute wait, as the only people in line. After 40 minutes, we were given 2 pepperonis & no sticks. When we asked for a refund, we were treated rudely by the employee. At least 6 other people in there were waiting for as long if not longer than us, and we heard them also constantly have to remind the workers of their pizzas. "We have 3 pizzas.." "ive been waiting 45 minutes for one pizza?" And "where is the rest of my order?" From at LEAST 3 people inside with us. disappointing."
"I haven't bothered coming to this store in years, tonight I was reminded why. 1* Food. Didn't order anything, nothing was ready. 1* Service. I personally stood there for 5 minutes while 10 other customers started piling in. No greetings, No orders were being taken. Just standing around looking at each other, shrugging. 1* Atmosphere. This place is a dump, very disorganized, employees in the back cursing at each other about much the job socks. I just left."

"Listen, I'm usually not one to say somethin about little ceasers coz most of the time I get okay service. However, last night after my delivery and eating my pizza I was disgusted to find that my pizza wasn't fully cooked! It was EXTREMELY doughy and it didn't even look like a deep dish pizza. I get it, places are understaffed but for the love of all things unholy, don't EVER undercook anything! That's how people get sick!"
