"I’m giving this place one star due to the following: Poor management. Staff with poor attitude. Understaffed, workers seems to not care. Poor communication w/me and among themselves. Multiple times child was left with soaked diaper, I had to change my own child prior to leaving once. It was always cold in the building when I dropped my child off. Due to these multiple issues, I removed my child. I also wanted to say the owner is very nice and it seems his employees are taking advantage of him."
"It's ok. Convenient location and affordable. Also, they stay open until 6:00 pm. They seem a little understaffed for amount of children. If you don't ask, the various staff won't tell you how the day went. They use a slip of paper to communicate every so often but it's kinda useless. They do not consistently support potty training and I have to ask every week. Update: I ended up taking my son out and chose not to put my other one in. About 30% of the time my son was soaked when I picked him up. They stopped using the slip to communicate. The day shift doesn't communicate with afternoon shift and if you ask a question about your child, the answer is always I don't know."

They have a nurturing atmosphere that fosters growth and self-confidence in young children, while focusing strongly on learning and curriculum, preparing students for the next level of education. "Both my kids were enrolled at Sugar N' Spice and the Staff there is absolutely wonderful as well as the owner. They not only make sure your kids are in a safe environment they are also in a learning environment. I would highly recommend Sugar N' Spice as a place for your children."
