"The morning time is the best for this location. Its usually hot, fresh, and ready quickly. The evening time, however, is a whole other story. They usually always forgetting give us atleast one of our items. The burgers are thrown together with no regard. Also, you're almost gaurenteed to be waiting a while for your order in the evening. I will say the workers are usually a delight. They definitely have areas that need improving."

"i went here and i ordered a PLAIN cheeseburger and it wasnt plain. so we went in and asked for a plain one again and the second one still was not plain. so we went in again and finally got a plain cheeseburger but only with a strand of hair on it"

"I wish they understood that a large fry is not a small fry just in a bigger container. When I order a large fry it's because I want more fries, plain and simple. See attached photo of the large fry I ordered and judge for yourself if the amount of fries is appropriate."

"I paid 12.58 for my breakfast, 2.18 of that was for 2 extra cups of extra breakfast sauce, which I did not receive. I only received 1 cup of extra sauce. When I placed my order in the drive thru, I was asked to pull forward which I did. When the person finally brought me my food, they walk away without allowing me to check it for accuracy. It was wrong. So I shut my car off and had to go inside. The outside door had no handle on it. The next door had a handle that was falling off. When I got to the register at the counter, the woman who brought me my order yelled at me from across the room. I told her my order was wrong. She began to argue with me, still yelling from across the room as to why she was right. I stood there and waited for someone, anyone to help me. The someone from the kitchen stood next to her, and also started yelling at me from across the room as to why they are right. I again said I paid 2 dollars for 2 extra cups of sauce and that is what I want. Again she yelled at me from across the room as to why she was right and why I was wrong. I again said I paid 2 dollars for 2 extra cups of sauce and I will not be back. I left. I got home, by now, my food was cold, the bagel was hard, and the sandwich was dry. I used all the sauce, and couldn't finish the sandwich because it was dry, even though I tried to use the extra sauce sparingly, as I didn't have enough, again because I got only 1 cup not 2 cups of extra sauce."
