"Good pizza at a fair price, I highly recommend using the app to order and pick up your pizza, it cuts down on miscommunication but make sure you grab any extra items that aren’t in the oven like pop or dipping sauces. I’ve never had bad or rude service but I’m also a big believer in treating people as you would like to be treated and I feel like that has a lot to do with it."

"Every time I go in, the pizza sucks. Barely any cheese, mainly just crust. Last time I went in, 4:58 and they told me it was gonna be a 30 minute wait at least. ITS SUPPOSE TO BE HOT AND READY NEVER going back to Sturgis Little Caesars."

"Food is generally good. They are inconsistent with toppings. Extra of something rarely looks like extra, and coverage is haphazard. Employees are friendly, and orders are on time. Online orders are weird after about 1730, making it look like the store is closed and you have to pick it up the next day. We have lost discounts available only online because of this and the store won't honor them when you call."

"The food might be ok but the service is terrible. The last time I called I was on hold for 35 min and then they hung up on me. Then I went there and they messed up my order. The refused to give me my money back. I tried to go back again tonight because pizza just sounded good. Worse than the first time. I order 3 pizzas and 2 breadsticks and sause They told me it would be a 15 min wait. 25 min later it was done. It was all messed up . 3 wrong pizzas and they gave me 3 breadsticks and no sause. I brought it to their attention and they told me that it would take another 25 min to fix it. I just asked for my money back. They said "fine, that will take a week for you to get it" and walked away and took one of my pizzas with her. NEVER GO HERE!!!"

"I have been visiting the same location since I was a kid. As always, the pizza has been nothing short of excellent. The proportion of sauce to cheese is always on point, never a dry bite. The employees are very kind and work super hard. I would rather eat here for pizza than anywhere else that surrounds Sturgis, Howe, LaGrange. My family and I will continue to do business with them above anywhere else."
