McDonald's

"Shame on them, I live very close and have given them my last dollar today. They have a special needs employee they are failing in every way. I came through the drive thru and she was working the front window, she handed me the wrong order and when I told her it was wrong she had no idea what to do. She was left standing their alone and looked extremely uncomfortable, she avoided eye contact and after 3-4 minutes she walked away towards the bathroom. It took another 2 minutes before I seen another employee,younger lady, she asked if I had my drinks, I explained I hadn't gotten any of my order. Then the first employee came back and this other worker was scolding her. Finally I think the manger came up and he had her give me the right food. It was heartbreaking to see how uncomfortable and confused this woman was clearly she should have been working with someone not left alone to deal with upset customers. I was nice, hopefully the 4 cars behind me extended the same grace because it took over 10 minutes and someone was honking their horn like that would speed things up. I plan on reaching out to corporate so they know not only do they always mess up your order, give you cold food but also neglect and verbally abuse their special needs employees. Shame on them."

"It's McDonald's I don't normally eat on the go and I'm not a big fan of fast food. The staff was amazing and patient. I didn't know the menu so it took me some time to order. My 5 star review is mainly based on the McDonald's Team. The were just amazing. The food was fresh and tasty. I got exactly what I ordered. The restaurant seemed very clean and well-maintained. Thank you McDonald's for a good experience."

"So the first issue was the food. My burger was literally RAW inside. See pic below. To top that off, my order was completely messed up- medium fries instead of a large, cheeseburgers with no pickles, instead of only pickle. Small frozen cokes instead of medium. My second issue was the service. The total for my meal was $25.08. I actually had cash on me, so I gave the person working the register $40 and then tried to hand him a dime -so I wouldn't get a bunch of loose change back. He refused to take the dime, stating that he already had "punched it in and couldn't change it." No...you just can't count back change. Do better."

"Ordered a 10 piece McNugget meal with a coke. I got a diet coke with no straw, raw french fries, and burnt mcnuggets. Called to complain and got a voice mailbox with no announcement. $10 completely wasted. How brain dead or completely checked out do you have to be to serve unfried French fries. They don't even try here and won't answer the phone because they know you're calling to complain. Save yourself a headache and go some place else."

"Seriously avoid this place like it's life or death situation. Paid 30$ for a meal for my family they pulled up my car and made up wait 15 minutes! Absolutely everything was trash grade, cold, hard and terrible. I used to manage chicken coop you can't get over on me with fried food. I won't be back I couldn't even feed these nuggets to my dog he refused! Gross food, terrible severe. You guys need to go out of business and actually put something worthwhile in your spot. Worst place in richland. -100 star."
