"I recommend if your child is hyper active and is defiant at listening don't send them here..my son's 1st year was a discouraging long one. Most teachers did not care for my son or talk to him in a professional way. They didn't try to get help for him when he was struggling a little bit and he wanted to stop going to this school after a while And on top of all that THIS SCHOOL KEEPS KIDS IN IT WITH RING WORMS HAND FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE AND A RECENT OUTBREAK THEY HAD AT THE ENDING OF THIS PAST SCHOOL YEAR.MY SON CAUGHT 2 OF THEM AND IT WAS HELL TO GET RID OF. I'm a very clean person a.k.a a germaphobic. To make it so bad THE KID WAS IN THE FREAKIN SAME CLASS ROOM.THEY DON'T DISINFECT ENOUGH OR SEND ILL CHILDREN HOME WHEN IT'S CLEAR TO SEE ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE SICK..IT MAYBE BECAUSE MY SON IS AFRICAN AMERICAN AND THERE IS A BIT OF RACISM IN THIS SCHOOL AND TOWN.AGREE OR DISAGREE THAT'S MY OPINION AND EXPIERENCE. ALWAYS NEED DONATIONS OR FUNDS FOR SOMETHING."
"Absolutely love this school! My son had an amazing new teacher for his Kindergarten year Mrs. Matthews, it also happened to be her 1st year teaching at the school. Mrs. Berry the principal is super sweet and on top of things. Office staff are all very sweet and helpful.. all and all Erving Elementary has been a great school for my child an I'm excited to send my other children and son back to the school!"
