"Needs more staff at night. Took forever to get someone to take a Dine in order. They didn’t have some menu items in stock. Waiting for the food to be ready took a long time as well. Dine in area was filthy and falling apart. Food prep counters looked clean but the floor is in need of a serious cleaning."

"We stopped and got two regular roast beef, and a soft drink. Wanted sauce for our roast beef and they only gave the one of the two that I wanted.."
"Took my kids here and they said there was no way to upgrade from fries to mozzarella sticks and lemonade for a drink. Went to soothe Arby's and they were able to do it proving their employees were to lazy to try."
