"This is literally one of the cleanest McDonald's establishments that I have seen in a very long time. Thank you for that. The bathroom looked outstanding , and I haven't been able to say that at any other location besides the one in Niles, MI. I stop at all locations for the restrooms because I am a driver, that determines if I will eat there when I do stop in. The gentleman at the counter was super nice and we had a little chat. Thank you for taking the time to acknowledge your customers!!!! I will be back to this location in Granger,In from time to time!"
"I have never had a problem with this McDonald’s until today. I was charged for the wrong order I didn’t realize until I got up to the second window. I just said hey this is the receipt my order was 8.42 but. I paid 18 I get my refund receipt think everything’s ok I go look at my bank to make sure it was refunded but I was only refunded a dollar I called them and just said this isn’t right my order was eight I paid 18 and she starts screaming at me saying that’s not what she was told, and being irate I said to her there’s no reason for you to be rude. She’s like, but your Screaming at me so i cant help but laugh because she’s the one all worked up and I just asked for the Correct refund but was told I have to come back later cuz she can’t do it. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope whatever Problem that worker is having gets resolved, so it stops Affecting her job"
"People were fine, just not very good batches of food. Could be a storage failure or something. Seriously, Double cheeseburgers used to be Flame, now Wendy's burgers annihilates McDonald's at this particular store. Some McDonald's are way better than others, it's not consistent."
"Well luckily I wasn’t expecting much from this McDonald’s. Went to McDonald’s today 6/7 for breakfast spent over $21. First didn’t put one of our sandwiches in the bag had to go in and get it. Secondly on my way to work I opened my sandwich which was a steak egg and cheese bagel and they put a sausage patty on it. I’m really tired of the constant issues with this McDonald’s. It’s really tiring I’m fed up with it I suggest not going to this McDonald’s all they do is mess this is the 4th time since the beginning of May. Went today 12/09 can’t even get a diet soda correct. Shows real promise."
