"Food is awesome, especially the breadsticks and cheese sauce. But the staff is highly unprofessional. Today one of the girls working was wearing a crop top and pajama pants and taking selfies, and there was music blaring in the kitchen. It also takes awhile to get your food. My order today took 30 minutes to come out and when I finally went up and asked what the deal was, the girl who took my order admitted it was sitting in the warmer and they forgot to give it to me. No apology or anything either. I left a tip but now wish I didn’t. But as I said, the food is always very good so I’ll continue to visit regardless of the questionable experience, but I think the staff should be retrained to me a bit more professional to paying customers."
"Can’t make a simple sandwich after 2 times telling them what’s supposed to be on it. Then on the 3rd time asked for a refund. They voided transaction and money never made it back to my bank. Will be pursuing issue with owner. Lastly a manger Amanda told me if their location doesn’t meet my expectations don’t come there anymore and after I get my refund they don’t want to serve me. Amanda said this came from owner Bill. If I was you go somewhere else to eat. Anyone that can’t make a simple grinder is an idiot."
"Went to dinner with family. The kids loved the game room and the pizza. I enjoyed the Godfather with fries from Pitstop. Great crew in the kitchen!"
"I'm a sucker for their tuna grinders so good. I know it's not for everyone, but it's a must try if you like that sort of thing! Also had a pizza, very fresh and tasty. Had to wait for it to cool down before we could even eat it."
"One of our favorite spots in Granger. You must have the Sammy’s bread. Their toasted sandwiches are so yummy! I had ham and cheese this time, but I love the pork, and the roast beef of great! My kiddos love their calzones."
