Little Caesars Pizza

"I ordered pizza and crazy bread and it was hot and just coming out of the oven when I got there. But my favorite pizza places when I need something quick."

"It wasn't their best day. There was mass confusion from the employees about which orders were being completed and even where they were. The lobby was full of people all waiting for various orders that were all late. A couple of Door Dashers were told their orders weren't ready, however 10 minutes later, the orders were found to be either sitting on the counter or were in the case behind the counter. The crazy bread looked and felt like pretzel rods. I chatted with a new manager a few months ago that said they were basically resetting the entire store with new employees and hoped to turn it around. This felt a lot like it was before."

"I ordered 9 pizzas the day before I needed them so they would be ready when I got there. The girl on the phone was very helpful. When I got there, I gave them 10 extra minutes from the time we agreed on so they had extra time. I walked in at 2:17 and said order for ....and she looked at me puzzled. I said the 9 pizza's for .... she knew nothing about it. She checked and said they were in the oven. I thought ok. Cpl minutes. My party was at 2:30. I waited and waited and waited and didn't see any pizza's coming out. I asked how long and the counter girl didn't know. I explained that I had pre ordered these the day before so they would be ready. She didn't know. After 20 minutes I asked for the manager. I explained I had pre ordered these the day before to be ready at 2:15 and she told me that I should have ordered them online. None of the pizza's were made. There was more but I'm not going to slam the manager or store anymore. Just be careful when ordering from them, don't expect it to be ready when asking."

"Decent pizza but I'd like to pick my pizza up without seeing other customers argue and screaming at eachother! The employees watched. They need more training. They need to make people like that leave."

"I went and got 2 lunch combos today. The lunch combos are supposed to be hot and ready for 3 hour in the day, that’s all. It shouldn’t be this hard to ensure that. We waited for 15 minutes and this is the result. I have never EVER received anything from little Caesar’s that looks this awful. I have no idea how the pizzas aren’t even square considering there’s a pan they go in to make it that way. I don’t understand how the manager is letting food go out the door like this. They’re even cut different. Highly disappointed. Better training need for sure"
