Firehouse Subs 11th Street Niles

"First time here. Had a good experience overall. I don't necessarily rate any of the chains higher than a three overall, but it will rate items individually higher. The food was really good. I especially like the mayo they use. The service was a little challenge because of some items going on in the back room but it was successful. I like the layout and the atmosphere. It was nude for me so I enjoyed it. Overall, I think I'm going to continue to frequent this organization and this location for the quality of their subs. Although I don't care much for the prices, $14 for a large subs seems a little excessive to me, but that's the time we seem to be living in"

"Staff was absolutely amazing. since it’s Christmas Eve we were worried about long lines but they were getting people out quickly! We had a pretty large order (complicated at that) and they kept calm, had a smile, served our order to us in less than 5 minutes. No mistakes either. Keep it up"

"I have order and had delivered the potato soup. Loved it. Went into the restaurant today with family. I ordered a bowl of potato soup, not the cup and Mac and cheese. My niece ordered a sub and soup. After waiting for what felt like forever. My niece got hers first and I was told another two minutes. They had to nuke the soup 2 more minutes. Are you kidding me. The team working had an " I don't care attitude, as a matter of fact the young man working didn't care, and we over heard him talking with staff that he just wanted to go home. There was a gentleman also waiting. We asked him how long he had been waiting. He said graduation was long over. I asked for a refund and the team lead brought me a cup of cold soup and Mac. This is sad. I work in retail. Bad... bad... bad service They were so busy filling on line orders, with minimal drive through. They overlooked you are are fine in sub shop. Tables were dirty. Won't be going again."

"I ordered the small turkey bacon ranch sandwich and it was good! A bit small - it’s like a child size. I’m not sure if they provided pictures of the sizes but I did post of pic of my sandwich. I think it was like $6.50 which is fine."

"Usually when a place first opens up, it is chaotic for a couple weeks. I went today for the first time and the staff was very friendly. They were not overwhelmed, flustered, or any of the like. My wait time was about 5 minutes, which is what I'd expect if I were to be making the sandwiches myself. You could tell people were learning, but they were acting like sponges, taking in the information instead of appearing lost. Great direction by the management team as well. Kim at the front did a great job taking my order and customizing everything I needed customized. She was also able to answer some of the questions I had about menu items with no help from co-workers. The sandwiches and salads were built with care and even after getting back to office, could have been used in a commercial. I will be back and will be suggesting this place to family, friends, and co-workers!!"
