"Amazing food as always, the wait was a little long but the employees definitely made up for it with their stellar work. Only complaint is they missed a sauce packet or two but that is easily excused."
"Where to start. I’ve only been here twice and every time it was a really long wait like 20+ minutes for waiting in the dinning room. The staff seemed nice but they seemed overwhelmed. The food was hot and good but the wait time just killed it for us. And the food is kinda pricey."
"Hands down the best fast food in Niles. I placed a big order in the drive thru and realized I got the wrong thing so instead of waiting to get to the window, I went inside to tell them. They were all so understanding and changed my order for me. I felt so bad because they were already preparing my order but they assured me it was fine and they would change it. This is the only Popeyes in the area I will go to. Food is always so good!"
"I've been the family. How good Popeyes was, so everyone was excited. Maybe we caught an off day, but some of the chicken was so hard it was impossible to eat. And it wasn't just mine, the whole family's. But our loss was the puppers' gain. Everything else was tasty as could be. Hopefully, next time we go, the chicken will be 100%."
"It wasn't crowded at all when I walked in...the staff was welcoming, the area was clean & the condiment area was actually filled properly. I ordered the family feast which is 28 bucks plus tax but you get a nice amount of food..but the highlight of my day was the television they have in the establishment....not only was the food good they had entertainment for dine-ins....yep will be back ..."
