"Was really excited to try your food. Ordered catfish and the ribs. The fish was fine, but the ribs were disappointing, they had a strong flavor and smell like artificial liquid smoked scent and the meat was tough. I tried but couldn’t eat them... Hope you can improve, good luck"
"Service is a 1 star! Girl at counter was kind of rude when I asked what the portion size of the rib tips were. She rudely replied ones a bigger portion and ones a smaller portion. Well no duh!! I'm not damn idiot! Most places would reply 6-7 tips for a small and 12-13 for a large or maybe a half pound versus a pound. Not a rude "ones bigger". Now to the food! Overall I'd give the food 4 stars! The negatives on the food was I hardly got any fries, maybe 8 total if that. The sauce was good, the tips overall were good except for 1 or 2 kind of tough ones. I'm from South Bend so I definitely wouldn't come out of the way for the rude service but if I were in Niles again I would possibly give them another chance to redeem themselves on the service."
"If I have to drive from Louisiana for BBQ.... Then- 14 hours it is... That good! Period. Perfect crisp. Tender. And the perfect amount of sauce. This is worth the drive. Its family owned;the owners are very friendly hard-working to give you great service and it makes it worth supporting."
