"This DQ is worth driving the distance for. The customer service isn't always super friendly but they almost always gets the orders correct and the food and ice cream are tasty! Visited again on 2.3.24 and ate inside with my kiddos around 2:30 PM. I has a complicated order with substitutions and a discount code from the app but the customer service was patient and helpful and honored all my requests. The restaurant was clean. The ice cream came out as ordered. Overall pleasant experience."

"10-01-2023 they close at 9 and its 7 been here for half an hour they said they would be right with us and no one is there. There is a line. They need to fix this or they are going to lose all their business. They are refusing to take anyone's order at the drive through and the inside is closed"
"When ordering on the app, it does not allow me to get chocolate ice-cream in my blizzard. However, all I have to do is ask when I get there and they do it.
