"Yes, I just called there on febuary 3rd 2024 at 6:30 p.m. spoke to the kid that was working there at that time ask him about a product put me on hold for 5 minutes, he came back I questioned him about his answer and he hung up on me, it was very rude and unprofessional about the way he handled the situation and I think he should be reprimanded, I will be calling John in the morning to discuss this issue with him about this punk unprofessional kid dealing with the public in this sort of manner."

"I've been going to this store since the late 90s. They always had the healthy fish that didn't die after you got it home. I now go to this store for a variety of thing for my cats and dog ranging from catfood to dog treats. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Fisher. She remembers me and is eager to help whenever I stop in. If you're looking to support a small business this is it."
"You can bring your fur baby here to shop with you! The staff here is always friendly and always offer assistance when shopping. One time the staff member carried a bag of dog food for me out to my car. The prices here are pretty standard from any other pet supply place. They have rodents and reptiles they they sale here, and also birds and fishes. In my opinion they have some of the best chew toys and chew bones for dogs, my dogs absolutely love them."
