"We ordered a family meal with sides. One of the sides was mashed potatoes and gravy. Went to take a bite and found a chunk of completely raw raw chicken in it. Talk about gross."
"While I live they help each customer individually, they ignore the dasher that come in and are on a time limit. Every time I have come here I have waited for over 20 min to pick up a dashing order."
"Every time I go to this place, it takes forever to get your food. Tonight, while I was waiting for my food, and waiting to pay, the cashier was busy on her phone, along with another worker who boxes and up food(was on his phone). I also watched the one worker who gets food, put his fingers in his mouth four times picking food out of his teeth that he was eating in between boxing up orders. I am thoroughly disgusted. I don’t think I will go back there. They never have good service. The people are not friendly. And now with this guy touching his phone and sticking his hand his mouth I think I’m done."

"Food is pretty good when the chicken isn't skin and bone. Service sucks. Several times, I had to stand around for 20 to 30 min before they even took my order. Tried online ordering once, and they never even filled it, let alone knew about the order, so i stood there for 20 min for nothing and then walked out. I quit going to Popeyes. If my wife wants Popeyes, she has to order it and pick it up. That's all I can say about the Benton Harbor, Mi Popeyes."
