"Literally the worst McDonald’s. Every single time I go through drive thru it takes AT LEAST 20 minutes. I started playing a game of how many cars got tired of waiting and drive across the street to Taco Bell for food. This trip is 6 cars. Something really needs to change. “Short staffed” or not, it is inexcusable. Not only does it take 20+ minutes to get your food, it’s cold. You never get both hot fries and hot burger. It’s either cold fries and hot burger or hot fries and cold burger. Just go somewhere else."

"Omg. This place takes forever every time I go to the drive-thru if it's even a remotely busy time like lunch or dinner I'm talking 20 plus minute wait in the drive-thru. So don't come here if you're in a rush, or don't want to waste gas. If you don't want to waste gas I would suggest turning your car off and just coming inside, because it doesn't even matter how many people are working, it's literally always like a 20 something minute wait in the drive-thru. Even if you order ahead."

"I put in a mobile order 10 minutes before closing, and I got in line and they didn’t answer the speaker. So I pulled up to the window, and the workers walked by me trying to avoid eye contact. I would have appreciated if they came and said they couldn’t make my order and refunded me instead of ignoring me. I understand it’s close to closing time, but I’m pretty sure it says closing time is at 12 for a reason…if you close at 11:50pm then just say that. Rude workers, bad service, consistently. Needs new management"

"I bought only a frappe & waited close to 15 minutes for it. There were about a half dozen people working. There was 1 person inside, eating. 2 vehicles came through the drive-through (I don't know how much food was ordered) as I waited. 2 more employees came in, the guy asked if I'd been helped. The restroom was in decent shape, as was the dining area."
