"changing my review from 5 star to 1 star. on january 12th, 2024, they posted on facebook that it would be open january 13th. well they weren't. power was out and instead of providing an apology or a heads up message, he deleted dozens of comments from people that were upset that they drove for hours in the snow and he couldn't take 10 or 20 seconds to edit his facebook or notify any of us? silencing your customers is not a good business practice."
"The reptile expo they have is extremely exciting to visit, you get to see so many different species of not only reptiles, but birds, rodents, and arachnids. If I could give the place a 4.5, I would. Each vender is different, which is fun, but also inconsistent with interactions minute to minute with both sweet and helpful to hard to talk with."
