"We’ve been coming here for a few years. First for fish needs and now for reptile needs. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable, happy with items they keep in stock, overall love this store. My kids get so so excited every time I tell them we’re going here. A good experience is had by all."

"Great selection, terrible service. Arrived at 6pm, an hour before close. Looked around for about 15 minutes, about 30% of the fish tanks were being treated for various diseases and were not for sale. Made my selection, and asked an employee for help, and was completely ignored. (4 or 5 employees working at the time, not short staffed at all.) Asked another employee for help, again was ignored. At this point it's 630, I'm trying to be patient because I know they're probably trying to do closing duties. My boyfriend finally gets someone to look at him, and is told it will be a minute as the man has to run a few water tests. We wait by the tanks, with employees walking laps around us, completely ignoring us, until 6:55. When we finally leave, having decided it's no longer worth our money or time to purchase from here, the same man that told us it'd be "a minute" is the one that says goodbye to us. Just a very annoying situation to be in. Felt like the invisible man."

"You won't be disappointed if you're looking for freshwater or tropical fish. They have a great variety of healty, well taken care of fish, and small pet options. They're well established and knowledgeable. Great place."

Worth it always have cool unique animals and home made aquarium supplies! Spread your love and stop in to just enjoy it and grab something little for the pets!"

"I went to see the animals. I ended up asking a lot of questions, and two employees were very kind, professional, helpful, and informative. I reccomend this store. I never got anything from it, so I cannot say for sure how the quality is, but it seemed good. I plan to go back. Update. I went again. I didn't have as many questions, so I cannot gauge how friendly and such the employees were that worked today. It was still nice though. I bought a treat for my dog, and she seems very interested in it."
