"I don't get the good reviews, they must be from family & friends. I have never had good service or food at this place. They are horribly rude on the phone. The pizza crust was tough and the sauce was flavorless and skimpy on the toppings. I've given them a few chances, and I'm done."
"Costumer service so poor Burger King has better service then this place I called to order food bc I work right up the road from the place online it says minimum of $13 for delivery I spent 25 and I’m speaking to this older guy he’s telling me I need to spend more for delivery and I told him online says different. so anyway I get an order of bread sticks mind you I’ve been put on hold 3 times then after all that he’s telling me if I can’t meet him at the gate bc we’re I work it’s gated off that it’s not going to work bc his time is precious looks like this will be my last time going here like how rude like we pay you for you to serve us do better"
"I live in lowell, and have frequented three brothers for the last four or five years that I have lived here. The service there is absolutely terrible. So I started driving to Gino’s in Saranac, I have not left Ginos since I’ve started ordering there! The pizza is phenomenal, the owner is very kind. The pizza is the best pizza I’ve had around here and it is actually much more affordable than the first place I was going. Well worth the extra drive. Highly recommend."
"I ordered the deluxe pizza and it was excellent! They don't scrimp on their toppings like other places do. They had my pizza ready for me in about 20 minutes and the gentleman who made my pizza asked if I would like to be in a drawing to win a free pizza. I will definitely order any future pizzas from Gino's!"
