"The staff here are awesome! The atmosphere is light and lively and fun, the live music was great, the food was delicious! Our server, Ciezonn, was absolutely fantastic, fun, genuine, and extremely helpful. James, the manager on the evening we were there, was equally as awesome. 5/5 would highly recommend! "Looked like a great place to try while in town. Unfortunately, I guess when you seat your self they never realize you come in? We waited for 15 minutes and no one ever stopped by our table. No welcome, no water, no menu. We did watch one of the waitresses spend a lot of time talking with a table of people she must have known and eating some food with them. We got up and left and headed to the restaurant on the other side of the hotel. Was too bad too as their online menu looked good."

"For the appetizer, we got the cheese bread with marinara. The bread was delicious! The cheese was perfectly melted. I ordered the Hawaiian chicken sandwich with curly fries. The combo of the pretzel bun and the chicken filet with the mango habanero sauce was amazing. The curly fries were fried to perfection. We also got to see a live band the night we visited. It was also around Halloween, so some were dressed up which made the event even more enjoyable. I would recommend stopping by and getting anything on the menu at this joint."

"Referred by our hotel. What a GREAT local place!! Our server couldn't have been nicer, the food was excellent- even offered a surprise - onion dip for the homemade chips came quietly with the plate!!! Delicious half Reubens and puffy tacos!!!"

"James is a great bartender/waiter at Gippers Bar & Restaurant! He is an exciting as well as an enthusiastic person! He made us feel at ease and at home while he was working behind the bar and taking our orders. We had the queso with chips and the Fried Chicken Po Boy Sandwich. We recommend James and give him 10 out of 5 stars!"
