"Growing up abroad and in Chicago, I always miss quality asian food. Grand Lakes has consistently been my go-to spot here in West Michigan, and they always provide great food and generous portions. They are always punctual with orders and friendly whenever I come in."
"It’s really gone downhill. Used to be decent, low priced fare. Now I could make better Chinese food myself (I’m Polish American). I’ve eaten all over the world from high end to street food. I only expected some basic Chinese food here. Nothing fancy. The egg foo young was burned. The veg Buddha’s Delight was a sickening sludge with vegtables drowned in some inedible sauce and also over cooked. The fried rice as the side was yellow colored but with no discernible difference in taste than the regular white rice. So sad to see the place turn out food that really isn’t edible. Seriously. If you want basic Chinese food go anywhere else."

"Staff is wonderful, they always get my order correct. They are very punctual and will get you your food as quick as they can. Their food tends to have a more gravy like consistency. I do not get their main menu items but their side items are amazing and I love them. Definitely recommend this restaurant."
"I love the food here, been here twice and enjoyed my food both times. The atmosphere however, is really bad. It seems like the owners don’t care what it looks like and it shows. I wish the inside was welcoming!"
