"They do great when they are actually open - kind staff, food made well and good temperature. Most recently - renovations at 12:15am? Lights on per usual and wearing work uniforms....Whatever I guess."
"Great play center for kids. No shoes allowed so you'll need to bring your child socks to wear. Socks are required. Is great for our 2, 6 & 8 yr olds. Lots of room to play."
"I had to argue with staff last week, and then management about a coupon for a free Medium French Fries. They finally agreed to credit my card. This morning my father and I hoped to get breakfast there after 6:00am only to discover that they were completely closed. No signs or explanations. Very close to my folks house but won't be going there again. The location on Northland Dr just a few miles NE is worth the extra time."
"Usually figure everyone needs grace. Can make allowances for slow service despite only ordered a cup of black coffee and empty lobby. But after observing how multiple customers were treated unbelievably rudely by multiple staff members and a manager screaming at a customer that they don’t ever have to come back when all they asked was why they couldn’t order at the counter…1 star is too much."
