"As I walked into this restaurant to use their bathroom, an employee walked in front of me to use the same bathroom. This employee, did his business at the pee stall and left the bathroom without washing his hands before returning to work. I unfortunately didn't see a manager on duty, so not sure who to report this to. But I know for sure that I will not be eating here ever again knowing that food is being prepared with unwashed hands. Unwashed hands after touching ones certain body parts to go to the bathroom.. Nasty and unhealthy!!"
"All I can say is, I was very pleased with my visit to this Wendy’s. The young brotha manager was helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. As an older gentlemen, who looks younger, I was proud to see the young man doing his thing. My food was delicious and fresh. My burger was incorrect but it was a simple mistake and a hyper quick fix. He even comp me a trial frosty for the order error which was appreciated that I had to fist pound. Great staff & delicious tasting food."
"Ate here on Halloween 2023. Nobody said hi, needed a prompt from me to even take my order... ordered fries and a chili... neither was hot,, maybe Luke warm Employees were very immature, using inappropriate language, in and out the doors bring loud. It was freezing and when I mentioned it one of the employees said.. well it is snowing Tables were not clean, floor was very slippery everywhere in the lobby. They had a door open and I asked if I could close it because it was so cold and I was rudely told no. I will never go back. Worst Wendy's I've ever been to"
"We got to this Wendy’s, and there were six cars in line at the drive-through. We decided to go inside. It was seven minutes before someone even looked at us or waited on us. The drive-through was empty. We were still ignored. We finally got someone’s attention and when we Got our three cheeseburgers, paid for them and left. We started driving and realize there were only two cheeseburgers. Will never ever go to this Wendy’s again. Service was horrific."
"I sensed they may have been short staffed. The tables and floors were in process of being cleaned when we arrived. The staff were nice. It was lunch time, but they weren't busy... that was unusual."
