"Hello, I visited your shop in the grand rapids downtown market today at 4pm. I put in an order for two chicken burgers and was told it would be 10 minutes. My husband was sitting in front of the shop waiting for the order, when my teenager said she wanted to go wait in the car. I walked her out and set her up in the car and came back inside. My husband said they only called 1 order for a Lisa so we just sat and talked. After waiting for a few minutes with my husband I decided to ask the lady at the register if she had called my name at all because I had step outside and she said not they are still working on it. So I left my husband to wait again and went to grab some sodas to take home from the other shop. When I came back, my husband said my name still was not called so we sat in front of the shop for 10 more minutes. A guy came out and said my name. I walked over and he said, "Your food has been sitting here for a minute and she called your name like 2 times." I was confused and was like l, "Really? Because my husband has been sitting here the whole time." He said, "Yeah sorry," and walked back into the kitchen area. Your staff needs to do better. I feel extremely disappointed and disrespected. She didn't even come back out to apologise to me, she sent the other guy out and because you have a full glass wall, I could she her and other staff pointing out and laughing. Have a Great Day, M"

"Service member was kind and accommodating. The food was below par. The chicken was tough, try and unseasoned. The coleslaw didn’t have much flavor. The redeeming part of the sandwich was the pickles at the bottom which doesn’t make it much better. Unfortunately Wendy’s, Popeyes, McDonald’s, chick fil a make this place look like a joke especially at lower price points."

"I got the Nashville Hot sandwich and fries. The chicken was pounded thin and cooked crispy. I ate it here and right from the fryer it was hot and good. I can imagine if you have to wait, it might dry out, but fresh was great. It's hard to judge different people's spice preferences, but for me, it could have been a little hotter. But the flavor was there. A huge portion of fries, too."

"A little pricey, but location location location. Come hungry, portions are very satisfying. Great chicken, the Nashville hot sandwich was very hot but had a great depth of flavor vs alot of places just dumping all the cayenne in. Parm garlic fries are top notch. One of my favorite spots when I visit GR."

"As a visitor to Grand Rapids, I had to check out their Downtown Market, and I was amazed by the variety of food choices in the area. This place stood out to me as the best. I have tasted many amazing Chicken Sandwiches being from Chicago and this place can easily rank among the best in the Midwest. I love spicy food so I had to get the Hot Chicken Sandwich, which comes with fries. It was so tender and juicy and it was a big chunk of chicken. You can see it was freshly made/made to order. Also, I tried their chicken special of their leg and thigh with parmesan garlic sauce on the side for 5 dollars. It was good too. The sauce was excellent. The service here was amazing with the cashier and chef being patient and diligent with my questions and making my food. I will definitely come back here again whenever I'm in Grand Rapids. Definitely a must try when in town!"
