No way any grown person should conceivably walk away from an interview process with the sincerely held belief they had an offer and start date in hand just to find out none of that was the case on their "first" day. "Kind and helpful staff. Food delish and made correctly. Chicken and rice soup, chicken mozzarella melt. Gotta ask staff for bathroom codes. Security guard rounds in the restaurant (I assume it's the connected hotel's security)."

"Service is fast and friendly. The line can sometimes get long during lunch rush hour. I’d highly recommend ordering online and pick up if you’re short on time. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, but a bit hectic right in the middle where everyone is waiting for their food to come out and pick up at the counter. The variety of options mostly includes sandwiches, soups, and a couple bakery options; like bagels and cookies. Price point on average for a person to eat here would be around $15. Which would include half a sandwich and a medium drink."

"This is a really big Panera nestled between two buildings in downtown Grand Rapids. There's no parking so you have to walk to get there. It's my first time at a Panera. We ordered Broccoli Cheddar soup in a bowl and in a bread bowl with chips and a baguette. The baguette was hard but the soup was amazing. It's a beautiful location."
