"Hit and miss. One of those it depends on who’s working type of day. Just never know. Loud music no one greets no one delivery drivers always waiting and one time my food was literally sitting there and no one attempted to call it out I had to go read it myself it seems like they treat their job like just another check to them. Hope they don’t run down the shop cause the food is great. Oh and fresh yellow bell peppers would be nice."

"We come here often. Usually the quality and service are pretty good. We always get a large with pepperoni , green pepper, and banana peppes. 3 out of the last 5 times, they missed the banana peppers on our pizza. I'm not sure if they regularly run out by Sunday's when we usually order. It still tastes good, but we wished we didn't pay for the topping if they didn't have it."

"Only 2 employees working, and a lobby crammed with people waiting. I waited an hour before picking up, and still had to wait 20 minutes. Got home, wrong pizza. I ordered a regular crust with cheese and pepperoni. I got thin crust with gross peppers, sausage and pepperoni. They should CLOSE locations that don't have enough staff to do the job correctly. I won't be back."

"I ordered a pickup order through the app at 6:18 pm on a Friday night, estimated pickup 6:40. Got there at 6:35 and there was a line of people waiting to pickup their order. Apparently their oven wasn’t heating properly so there was a bit of a backup. I went to the register and informed them I had a pickup, signed the receipt and patiently waited…. For the next HOUR. I should have gotten a refund and left earlier but I was really craving papa John’s and wanted to give them a shot at making it. Hour comes, I ask and apparently they hadn’t even made my order yet. Was not even made. I left hungry with no food and 1 hour of my life wasted that I won’t get back. When I have a bad experience I usually give the spot a second chance but this place I will not. Never coming back. Just go to a local pizza place that will have better customer service and have your pizza ready in a reasonable time."
