"Do not eat here. Awful service. Awful food. They took my order wrong and gave me the wrong sandwich twice. None of the food was hot. The cashier just gives people dead stares. The person who handed me my food barely knew how to speak. Seriously 5he worst. Will be calling corporate."
"Today, I tried to order the same double meat cheese burger I have ordered for years at many different Wendy's locations, and they yelled at me... It seems I was only allowed to have a double stack (whatever that is) or a deluxe double.... when the first girl would not listen to my "lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard" she became unhinged and then a second girl started yelling at me and then invited me to just pull out of line. What the heck is wrong with these people? Do they really expect me to return?"
"Went through the drive through with a mobile order, saw that the car in front of us handed their bag back because it was incorrect so we checked ours when we got it and it was incorrect. I pulled up my receipt on the app and went inside and they made the order again. With it being a remake, we assumed it would have been correct this time. Shame on us. It was still wrong. By the time we realized, we had already gotten home so it wouldve been a waste of gas to drive back out and have them fix it. Always triple check your order"
"The staff was awesome at 3 minutes to close. They were in the process of putting everything away when I arrived at the drive-thru, and they advised me that they did not have fries but advised me that they still had the chicken products out and so I only ordered a six piece chicken nugget to which I was very pleasantly surprised with my order I received after waiting for them to cook my order for a little less than 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru because when I opened up my bag there was more than six nuggets and a crispy chicken sandwich so I want to give them five stars and it was very hot too which was even better! Wendy's on Northland drive, you rock! They were so awesome for putting food back on the cooker at 3 minutes to close, the whole staff needs a raise"
