"Today 12/20/23 :A couple months back I made this review, ARBYS since contacted me and sent me 2 free coupons. Today I attempted to use the coupons. Wouldn’t you know it they still charged me! They subtracted the sandwiches from the meals and still made me pay for the fries and drinks! This is crazy to me! Who sends you coupons for food that was wrong and then charges you for the fries and drinks. If you’re considering coming here I’d say read the reviews. An if something is wrong and you complain be prepared to still pay for half of your food when it gets replaced! October 2023/ Food was less then great, even after asking for fresh food at the drive through line from shanell.. I still received cold food. When I brought this to her attention she said unless you specify you want it made fresh it will all be the same temperature coming out. I said what did I say when ordering ? She said that you wanted it fresh, but unless you specify you want it made cook to order that’s how it will be.. beware! Check your food. This is the 3rd time I’ve received terrible food. But I tried looking past it! But it’s apparently not with a couple employees but the whole place :("
"Incompetent staff. Never has full menu items available. Does not credit back order after placing order online and driving 15 minutes to pickup only to be told they don't have item. Phone call would have been nice to save me the trip. Asked to just credit my card and 4 weeks later no refund. Buyer beware!!!!!"
"In the photo is a medium pop and a large jamocha shake. I would love to see what the small pop looks like probably used to be the old kids size once again another company that raises the prices and shrink the sizes."
"Most of the time I'm ordering pickup from Grub Hub and more often than not something was wrong, but lately the food has been hot and fresh, service on point, and using the coupons I get in the mail is amazing! Thanks again, of course I'll be back! P.S. Bring back the chocolate turnover, I loved that thing!!"
