"Went Friday night. The place was basically empty but it still took 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. We almost left while we waited. A rude girl comes and takes our drink orders. She tells us she wasn't our waitress, and thank God because she seemed to be in a mood. Our actual waitress was marginally better. The food was meh. Will never come back again"
"The service was great. Food, not so much. The chicken I ordered was very tough and chewy. Black bean corn salsa had no flavor. My wife's chicken dish was honey chicken, and the only flavor was the honey and butter. They placed a piece of chicken each on a split in half dry biscuit. Topped the chicken with honey and butter. Our granddaughter said her breakfast of pancakes was good. Usually, we enjoy our meals here, so maybe we just ordered the wrong meals off the menu."
"Ordered food online, was delivered quickly, that's not the issue. Dinner rolls smelled and tasted of mold (inedible). White milk tasted sour. Water bottles covered in grease and food. I know this is a popular restaurant chain, but this particular location is not worth it. I've consistently had sub-standard experiences from this location, but today was the final straw. I will not be patronizing this location again."
