"Arrived at the drive through and waited a minute or so and was greeted with an "are you ready?" To which I replied yes. Following that was 2-3 minutes of silence, after which I was asked, "ArE YUo ReADy?" And I again replied yes. She then told me that she was waiting on me the whole time. Terrible customer service. I drove away went down the road to taco bell and was treated much better."
"My experience at this restaurant was horrible. Some of the staff were making comments saying they weren’t coming into work the next day. Another employee stated they were going to shoot their self in the head. I ordered some chocolate chip cookies and they were thrown up on the counter by an employee who said here are the chocolate chip cookies which were hard as a brick. I informed the staff member who gave them to me that they were hard and she told me they don’t come fresh. I asked politely if they could make me some fresh ones. Another team member said they would make me some fresh. I work in healthcare and I am big on customer service and considering others feelings and I would never be rude to anyone or make comments about how much I dislike my job in front of any customer. This is unacceptable especially when I’m paying for food and expect a friendly and warm welcome and good service."
"Waited at least 10 minutes in the drive through line for a coffee. When I got to the window to pick up our order, I asked if I could get a water. The worker told us no because she was backed up. I knew she was backed up as I had to wait 10 minutes for a coffee. The soda machine is literally right in front of her face, yet she said no to getting me a water!"
"Everyone I've seen here so far is very friendly. I always see someone cleaning when I take my kids here to play in the kids play area. But the play set always looks pretty dirty. I don't think that part gets clean very often. Besides that the floor, tables and seats and high chairs all look like they get clean regularly though."
