"Every thing was clean in the dining room. I don't like the automated stations. All the back line focus was on the drive through. Very few in person customers got immediate attention."
"Taco bell in Gaines township is a fast food Mexican place. We actually enjoy a couple of their dishes, while not indulging in just anything off the menu. We had a very nice lunchtime here. The staff wS exceptionally gracious. If you would like a quick bite to ear, taco bell is trying hard to earn your business."
"The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. The Good: Had two Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burritos. They were very good. The Bad: I waited 30 minutes for the 2 burritos. It was Sunday around 6:00 PM. The Ugly: There was no apology, no "Sorry for the wait," no "Here's a free cinnamon twist for the long wait," nothing. No acknowledgment that I waited a ridiculous amount of time. Others were waiting just as long. I'm not sure what the problem was. Everyone was working pretty hard to get food prepped. They were either taking too many Ubur Eats/Door Dash orders or did not have enough workers, or a combination of the two. "Fast Food" should not take this long."
"Several items taste amazing for the price. Some old favorites still have not come back to the menu. This time they were out of the drink I ordered."
"Usually have to wait to get my order correct. One time they said, drive around the corner because we are on a time limit. I said, if I drive around the corner, how am I going to get my food. They said they would deliver it to my truck. After waiting 15 minutes I went in, they forgot about me"
