"I would not consider myself much of a “Karen” by any means but my experience with the Fulton St McDonald’s made me reconsider that. My car broke down on Friday (1/19) at 9:30 pm. I spoke with the MOD that night who said my car would be fine until Monday as no service shops were open until then and she said she’d make a note for the other managers. I attempted to call the store Saturday afternoon, twice Sunday evening, and finally twice more this morning (Monday 1/22) to confirm that I contacted a service shop and they were coming to get my car that day. The store did not answer once, and I live 20-30 minutes from the location so I cannot go and physically talk to the manager with no car. I got a ride to the store at 1:00pm to let them know the shop was on their way within the next hour, when I see a tow truck pull in. I was a little freaked out (I’m young, I depend on my car for work & school), but I never was disrespectful or raised my voice. The GM was rude from the get-go, and accused me of never calling the store even after showing her my phone log with the number I got from Google. Luckily, they never ended up towing my car, but I was just astonished as someone who’s worked in food that I was treated like this for something that was NOT MY MISTAKE. Food is fine when I went but I’ll think twice about coming if whoever the “GM” is still employed there."

"I only out 1 star for atmosphere because I went through the drive thru. I live closer to the one on Leonard, but they never get my order right. Like ever. So I go a little out of the way to this McDonald's because the food is always great and the people are a lot nicer."

"They are always busy and will close drive thru so there times don't stack... which causes people to go inside but the building isn't big enough for it. The employees are very nice and try very hard to keep it moving though"

"I’ve been to some ghetto fast food with awful service but these slugs take the cake. Here’s a tip to the fool who refused to make my latte and stood there in his phone smelling like weed saying “we’re busy” if you don’t want to ACTUALLY WORK and DO YOUR JOB, Do us all a favor and don’t show up. The only thing you’re doing is bringing down morale. Tells me I’m being rude AFTER he gave away my drink, took another 5 minutes after the original 10 minute wait (app said 2-4 minutes, it wasn’t busy and they calculate wait time accurately) to just give me unflavored, unsweetened pumpkin spice latte that I ordered through the app to make it easy with sugar and whipped cream just because i asked him to hand me sugar and I’ll do it myself. Totally wouldn’t do it as if it’s a game to see how little he can do and how much he can away with. He’s LUCKY i didn’t dump it all over the counter because that was my urge. Total incompetence. I’m not sure if there’s management here but if there is, they are failing MISERABLY. DO BETTER. McDonald’s in Sparta is ALWAYS busy and understaffed ( I mean FOR REAL BUSY) and they don’t come up with lame lazy excuses to not do their jobs and be rude at the same time. THE WORST."

"Staff is not very nice. There a couple ladies who are really nice, but a basically everyone else is mean. They helped 3 people at one drive thru screen, before being willing to help me at the other. When I said something, I got a lot of attitude back. They need to get some better employees at this location, so they can treat their customers right. And so their customers don't have to sit in line for 15 mins, for a simple order"
