"Gone down hill , we use to drive from big rapids , because of the freshness. And the friendliness. The last 2 times we got home the potatoes and gravy was gross. Real running and odd taste.we won't go back."
"Ordered on line and went to pick it up at the time. Of course it wasn't ready. 30 minutes past the pick up time and having to listen to the workers mumble about me complaining I got my food. O and if I hadn't checked the bags they would of got it wrong. They shorted us on chicken. And was going to sent it out anyway . What a joke this place is. How it stays in business is mind blowing"
"Like people have said before, if zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d rate it. TERRIBLY slow. The girl who took our order at the drive thru was so nice, but the girl at the window was so unfriendly. We were missing stuff from our order so we brought the food and receipt inside. The girl who was originally at the window was who asked us if we were missing something. No “sorry about that!” Or “have a good day!”, just a nasty glare. She literally didn’t say a single word after I told her what was missing. We also asked for an extra straw when we were in the drive thru, which resulted in another glare! This is the first review I’ve EVER written about a “restaurant” but the service was so bad, I felt the need to."
