"This store needs a better manager or something because the employees in the store treat you terrible and when you ask for stuff they’re busy talking to one another but pretending they’re working I have it on video"
"I set an order to be picked up at 7pm. I get to the store around 6:40 and call the store like it says to do on the sign. She tells me that the order I placed at 7am the same day wasn’t ready. She told me it would be about 20 minutes. I said okay that’s fine. I’m currently still sitting here at 7:50 waiting on my groceries I ordered. At this point what’s the point of even ordering groceries to be picked up when you still going to be waiting at the store for over an hour. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever had. When you can to ask why your order isn’t ready you get hung up on and attitude."
