"Today, I came into PetSmart looking to buy some new apparel for my pet Shih Tzu. As soon as I walked in the first thing I had noticed was all the cute Christmas themed costumes and treats, though I wasn't looking to buy anything holiday yet, so I continued browsing around only to not find much of anything. I asked the lady at cashier if they had anything other than the holiday pet clothes and she told me where in the store I could possibly find what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind."
