"Use to love going to scribs for pizza. The last 2 times the pizza has been mush. I took one bite into it and almost puked had to spit it out. Figured we would try it again same disappointment. It looks cooked from the outside but definitely not. It's all doughy. Someone must have the temperature to high to rush the pizzas. Lost our business was our favorite pizza but not anymore. Can't even eat it."
"Ordered a large deluxe with onions on our way home from New Era last night and was told it would be about 20 minutes, when we got ther 25 minutes later we were told that they couldn't find our order, then another person im assuming was the manager came and said it would be about 5 minutes and took payment. Another customer pulled up behind us and the manager asked us to pull forward and I asked if they just put our order in and they said yes they had to remake it. For 1 I dont think they had to remake it, they never put it in so I asked for a refund and one of them was really disrespectful! It looks like e everyone working was a bunch of high schoolers in there not caring about anything but laughing and playing around! Ive been getting your pizza for years and after dealing with that, I wont be back and I will tell everyone I know not to go there! The only reason im giving a star is because I cant post this without it!!"
"My family regularly orders scribs. Tonight for my $100 order our double order of steak bites was substituted with shrimp bites and our 16” deluxe add ham wasn’t correct. When I called twice to escalate our order issues once we drove 20 minutes home I was advised that if I drive back they would replace. Are you kidding me? We waited 30 extra minutes for our order, sides were incorrect and then upon arriving at home our pizza was wrong but now I am more inconvenienced by having to drive back? As the manager yells in the background I’m not refunding the entire order? I wasn’t asking for that, I was asking for a refund on my items that were wrong and what were you going to do to make things correct. Nice gold standard for customer service!"
